This places is one of the cutest places we have seen thus far while on vacation in Hurricane. The service is fast and the coffee is amazing! We did coffee every morning here and brought the kids for ice cream. Prices are very reasonable. I like the vibe and would definitely come back next time we come to town.

Leaving a review right after I went to the shop. Really tense atmosphere. The guy working at the time was really rude for no reason. He was slamming whatever he was using like the scoopers and ice cream lids onto counters and even served my ice cream rather harshly. No greeting, no questions, rude when we asked for a mocha, not knowing that there were options. He just said to be specific but we did not know what we had to be specific on. We went with a couple of younger teens as well and they mentioned that he cussed under his breath while he was making their orders… a little inappropriate in front of teenagers. It was very obvious that he was mad. Overall, really hard to get through. We wanted to leave as soon as possible since the air was so tense for a neighborhood ice cream shop. I never leave reviews but the service was genuinely so bad that I just had to.

Im going to say the bad things first. There wasn’t any list of the syrup flavors for the coffees and we asked the barista what flavors they had and she only listed 3 flavors. I could see all the syrup bottles on the counter behind the espresso machine, so I assumed she misheard me so we asked for a list of the flavors which she said she would show us and she never did even when we asked again. I felt rushed because other people were coming in so I ordered a vanilla iced latte with oat milk. (She didn’t even list vanilla as a flavor but when I ordered it I asked if they had vanilla and she said yes.) I watched the barista make my order and I didn’t see her put any syrup in my latte but I didn’t say anything because I assumed she did it while I wasn’t looking but after getting my coffee and trying it I could tell there was no syrup in my latte- if there was it was maybe half a pump, I couldn’t taste it at all. It tasted like straight up espresso and milk. It wasn’t good at all- I like bitter too but it just wasn’t good. Now the good stuff. The atmosphere was so cozy and cute, I really liked all the decor and interactive stuff they had. I also ordered an affogato (shot of espresso with a single scoop of ice cream) and that was very good.

Great ice cream. Very generous scoops! Inviting and comfortable atmosphere. Definitely worth the stop.

Good selection of ice cream, and the coffee is great! Cute ambience, convenient walk from the vacation rentals nearby! The affogato was yummy with vanilla bean ice cream! We’ll be back before we leave!
